Overview
Place Profile believes strongly in data-driven design. They believe there are a certain set of measurable criteria that successful urban places have in common, such as the ratio of public to private space. As a new design consultancy, they needed a website to help illustrate what is unique about them and what they can do for their clients. They wanted to highlight their process of collecting data and illustrate how that data gets translated into usable information for informing masterplan designs.
Project Goals
- Create a digital experience that showcases the methodology (urban design parameters)
- Highlight the key services
- Make it easy for potential clients to get in touch

The services that Place Profile offers are unique, and they wanted the graphics of the site to set them apart. They emphasized that their methodology should stand out and be interactive, and the information should be presented clearly and simply.

The brand
The overall style is minimal yet bold and meant to feel a bit like an infographic. The aesthetic is clean with a black and white base and yellow accent color throughout.
